Shah Rukh Khan starrer upcoming thriller flick Fan, has received 7 cuts from the Censor Board to receive UA certificate.
The film has a visual violence where the ‘Star’ Aryan tells the cop to beat the ‘Fan’ Gaurav. As per the censor board the visual was extreme brutal and was found to be unnecessarily prolonged, which is why they asked the makers to reduce this sequence by 50 percent.
Apart from this cut, the censor board has asked 6 verbal cuts in English and Hindi, both. Too many cuss words and abuses, have been asked to be deleted by the censor board.
Fan which is releasing on 15th April is directed by Maneesh Sharma and also features Shriya Pilgaonkar, Yogendra Tiku and Waluscha de Sousa in pivotal roles.
