In what a truly sad week for the TV fraternity, here is a lowdown of the other headlines

The week ended on a sad note for the TV fraternity as Balika Vadhu actress Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide. Besides that news, there were quite a few other developments. Here is a recap.

Newsmakers
The handsome Barun Sobti and Surbhi Jyoti will be seen on an upcoming web-series produced by Four Lions Films. They have done a photo-shoot already.

Vivek Dahiya’s name floated around as the main lead opposite Mona Singh in Ekta Kapoor’s Kavach.

Producer Raghu Ram launched his new venture, a web-cam finite series titled A.I.S.H.A – My Virtual Girlfriend.

Rumours floated around that Pearl V Puri and Hiba Nawab were more than ‘good friends’ but the actor denied any affair between the two.

Karan Patel made news as stories of the actor going bald for Yeh Hai Mohabbatein gained ground this week.
