Irrfan Khan completes 10 years in international cinema!

More power to Irrfan!

The career heights that Irrfan Khan has achieved are quite unmatchable. He is known for his acting chops not only in India, but overseas as well. He has appeared in numerous western projects including Holywood films and British films. It was ten years ago when the actor made his international debut with British film The Warrior, which was directed by Asif Kapadia. The film even won an award at BAFTA 2001. He is one of the best known Indian faces in the international cinema circuit. Even the West couldn’t get over his intensity.

And then he went on to deliver strong and stellar performances with The Namesake, A Mighty Heart etc. People loved his performances in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Jurassic World. Now he is all set to appear in the sequel of Angel & Demons, titled Inferno alongside Tom Hanks.

Expressing his gratitude Khan said “It’s an inexpressible feeling. I started with an experiment to break the Indian stereotypical image in the west and was accepted with open arms there. I am glad to be part of two most prominent cinemas of the world and would like to express my gratitude to my fans for appreciating me for my work”.
