After making waves on TV with his performances in Saraswatichandra and Suryaputra Karn, Gautam Rode is set to sizzle on the big screen with Aksar 2. This is the actor’s second innings in Bollywood. He is paired with Zarine Khan in the film. The actress is dressed in lacy black lingerie sporting deep maroon lips and big hair, while Gautam looks dapper AF in a well cut suit. We hear that he is playing a cop in the thriller directed by Anant Mahadevan. Gautam is looking damn handsome, and the makers say he is terrific in the film. The film has been shot in Mauritius and looks very good as per sources. Buzz is that he has filmed an intimate love-making scene with Zarine though we are yet to get a glimpse of that. One of the best looking-men in the TV industry, Gautam has fans all over India and the globe, especially in Latin America. In a statement to the Hindustan Times, he said, “Failure in films doesn’t scare me, but the thought is always there. The 2006 film Aksar was made by the same director and makers. It is known for its music, especially the number Soniye. It was a thriller featuring Emraan Hashmi, Udita Goswami and Dino Morea.
