Rana Daggubati’s Nene Raju Nene Mantri looks like a really exciting project to watch out for. The movie is touted to be a political thriller, a genre that Rana’s fans would be thrilled to see him in, since his breakout role was in Leader, a political thriller as well. The movie’s teaser was very interesting and it became viral pretty fast. It is also really cool to see Rana Daggubati in a positive role after his terrifying (if tad underused) negative portrayal of Bhallaladeva in the year’s biggest grosser, Baahubali 2.
Rana Daggubati has just announced that the first song from the movie, called Jogendra theme, will be coming out tomorrow. Jogendra is his character’s name and therefore we can expect this theme song to be played during any of his powerful scenes. Here’s his tweet…

In Nene Raju Nene Mantri, Rana Daggubati will be romancing Kajal Aggarwal (who will also be seen in Ajith’s Vivegam). Nene Raju Nene Mantri is directed by Teja and is scheduled to release on August 11. It is also one of the first movies made in India to use a mobile phone application based on augmented reality (AR) technology that allows fans to have an interactive experience with their favourite stars, Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal. John Paoletto, Head of Design Avantari, the creators of this AR for Nene Raju Nene Mantri said, “It’s a completely a new experience for the movie audience and we are hopeful it will be equally exciting for everyone around the world. And, their favourite stars alluring presence in AR is absolutely fuller on camera as much as in real life.”
Well, with all such hype over the movie, we just can’t wait to check out the first song from Nene Raju Nene Mantri.
