Tonight’s episode began on a sad note as the first elimination of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8 was held today. The Elimination round took place between Lopamudra and Shibani Dandekar.They were asked to hold a snake’s head close to their mouth. Lopa goes first and she manages followed by Shibani who also pulls off the stunt. Everyone cheers on as they take on the eerily task. At the end of the round, Lopamudra is considered safe while Shibani is asked to leave the show. Obviously, a gloominess looms over all the contestant as they see the first contestant being eliminated. To change the mood, Rohit assigns Shaair a funny task – He asks to translate the song ‘Lollilop’ into english! The result is hilarious. They then move on their next task.
In the next stunt, the contestants are asked to ride a mini bike on a narrow bar that is way above the ground! This task was performed by Shaair, Shantanu, Hina Khan and Manveer. None of manage to make it to the other end. Hina Khan beats them all as she covers 4.8 metres while Manveer Gujjar gets his first fear funda as he covered the least distance. Hina Khan meanwhile narrates a powerful poem about women. We were blown away. Rohit Shetty is doing a fabulous job as the judge! He’s funny, clear and supportive and ehars his contestants out. We love it and are so glad he’s judge of this season. Don’t you think so. The next stunt was inspired by fairytales. Rohit Shetty narrates the story of the princess and the frog. Obviously the task had to be about frogs. He then announces that contestants will have keep a bullfrogs legs in their mouth and run and collect the flag. Karan Wahi and Nia Sharma who were to perform the task were stumped when it was announced that the task was just a prank. The next stunt was partner based one as one would be locked up kn a box with creepy crawlies and the other would have to retrieve a key with their mouth from a box full of rats, scorpions and scorpions. The tasks were only getting scarier! Karan Wahi chooses Lopamudra, Geeta Phogat chooses Nia Sharma.
Nia Sharma lies in a pit filled creepy crawlies, while Geeta wastes no time in finding the key! She is one brave woman! But Karan Wahi, takes sometime. He gets a penalty but he continues despite and he manages to complete the task! Geeta Phogat as she completes in two minutes forty five seconds. Wow! That’s record! While Karan wahi gets a fear funda. The show ends with Hina Khan singing while in a pit filled bull frogs.
for the next task, they will have to hit a frisbee from below a trailer. Are you ready for all the khatra tomorrow?
