Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has been in the hospital since a few days now and everyone across the world have been praying for his health to improve. The actor was admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai after he complained of breathlessness. He was supposed to undergo a few blood tests and would be discharged shortly. However, with his creatinine level increasing, his health deteriorated and reports suggested that he needed to undergo dialysis. From what we heard last, the actor’s health was not good and he had high fever and the creatinine level was spiking. However, we can now confirm that he is much better and his condition has improved. An official statement on Dilip Saheb’s health was issued by Lilavati Hospital, which read as, “Dilip Saheb is better now. As compared to yesterday his condition has improved. No Breathlessness, No fever, Creatinine level is comparatively low. Urine output is better. All these are Good signs. Dilip saheb is conscious. Today he had food as well. But seeing his age for precautions, he has been kept in ICU. Saira Ji is by his side. He is being looked after by Dr Nitin Ghokhale (Cardiologist), Dr Arun Shah (Nephrologist) and by staff of Lilavati Hospital.” (ALSO READ – Dilip Kumar will need dialysis, says his doctor)
A few days back, there were reports that Dilip Kumar’s health was critical and he was put on a ventilator. However, his niece Shaheen Banu played down the rumours.
