The two day event for IIFA Utsavam 2017 kickstarted last night, honouring the best of Tamil and Malayalam cinema. Tonight is dedicated to awarding the best in Kannada and Telugu cinema, and we are so excited. While we saw Akhil Akkineni, AR Rahman, Raai Laxmi attend the day 1 of the ceremony, day 2 marked the attendance by Mehrene Pirzada, Madhu Shalini, Meghana Gaonkar, Aditi Rao Hydari amongst many others. Raai Laxmi was back at IIFA Utsavam looking gorgeous as ever.
Day 2 was also saw some fantastic performances that kept the audience more than entertained. Meghana Gaonkar put on a sizzling act and proved that she knows how to own the stage. She was looking utterly cute in a red dress topped with a black bow-tie. Then came Raashi Khanna on stage. We swear her act made a few audience members dance along with her. She was truly mind blowing.
V Ravichandran gave his first ever live performance and surprised everyone. The utmost comfort and charm that he performed with, made him look like a pro at it! Much love to the star performer of the night.
The event awarded Vijay Prakash as Best Playback Singer Male for Kirik Party (Kannada). Geetha won the award for the Best Playback Singer Female for Pakka Local (Telugu). We will update you with the full winners list very soon. Stay tuned! Devi Sri Prasad won the award for the Best Music Director (Telugu). Ramajogaiah Sastry won the award for Best Lyricist (Telugu).
Oen stunner at the IIFA Utsavam finale was Aditi Rao Hydari. She has been making a lot of public appearances down south for her film Kaatru Veliyidai is soon to hit the theaters. She was looking gorgeous as ever in a peacock blue dress.

Just when we thought Akhil Akkineni could not look any sexier, he turned up at the event wearing a white suit and a bow tie. We were floored with his look for today, and he certainly gets a perfect 10 on our style score.
