The much-awaited, most-anticipated Baahubali 2 trailer is here and it’s everything we imagined it to be. While the first part set the base and introduced the characters, part 2 has delved deeper into the story. Love, war, deceit, envy, revenge – Part 2 will touch upon a myriad of emotions along with showcasing an epic war sequence. From the looks of the trailer, it will be the perfect balance of emotions and action sequences. Prabhas as Mahendra and Amarendra Baahubali shines on in every scene in his royal avatar. Giving him a fair challenge is the equally powerfully BhallalaDeva as Rana Daggubati. He plays an older, meaner character who is looking to avenge his son’s death. While in the last trailer Tamannaah Bhatia played a pivotal role this time, Anushka Shetty will play the central character Devasena, the feisty Queen.
Reviews have been pouring in on social media from fans, celebs alike about this spectacular trailer. Right from Samantha to Ram Potteneni to Ram Gopal Varma to NTR – everyone can’t stop gushing about the trailer. While the trailer has stumped us with its visuals, characters and war sequences, what has come as a pleasant surprise is Anushka Shetty–Prabhas‘ chemistry. People have already fallen in love with the Devasena-Baahubali combination. They seem perfectly in sync – Her feisty persona perfectly complements his royal charm. In Baahubali; The Beginnning, Prabhas as Mahendra Bahaubali and Tamannaah Bhatia as Avanthika made a crackling pair too. The story goes like this – When Mahendra Bahaubali found her mask while he was climbing the mountains, he was curious to know the person behind it. Although the Avanthika didn’t take to him at first, when she realised he had in fact come looking for her, she fell for him as well. There’s also a sensual song that follows where Tamannaah shows off her bare back. It was one of the most talked about scenes in Part 1.
