Varun Dhawan to romance Aisha Sharma in Judwaa 2?

A fresh face opposite Varun Dhawan for Judwaa!

So finally Bollywood’s director, David Dhawan decided to remake the classic Salman Khan film, Judwaa and needless to say, he cast his son, Varun Dhawan as the lead! This news has been taken in very good spirit by the industry and even Salman Khan as he was the ultimate funny man in Judwaa. We even put out a poll asking people to vote for the actress who’d look good with Varun. Well, our results said Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor were fans’ fancy. However, looks like someone else got one of the roles after all! Actress Neha Sharma’s sister, Aisha is headed to the small screen with Sajid Nadiadwala’s Judwaa 2, directed by David Dhawan, starring Varun Dhawan.

Sajid has given the industry many leading ladies from Priyanka Chopra to Kriti Sanon and now he is all set to cast Aisha, a Kingfisher model. Says a source, “The makers were on the lookout for a fresh face to be paired opposite one of the characters Varun plays (he has a double role in the film) and Aisha fit the bill. She was to make her film debut last year with a Telugu film, but was replaced by Raashi Khanna in that film.”Aisha is trained in acting dance, voice classes and kathak. Now isn’t that super cool? One down, one more to go! We can’t help but wonder who will the filmmakers choose as the second leading lady of the film. Will they listen to fans and probably approach either Alia or Shraddha or will it be a new face altogether?
