Shah Rukh Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Narendra Modi CONGRATULATE Team India for their thrilling win over Bangladesh!

What a win! What a brilliant win!

Just when all the hopes for Team India winning the match going down the drain, they did the impossible and pulled a thrilling win over Bangladesh by one run in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup.

India has lost the first match to New Zealand, and won the second match against Pakistan. However, if it had to qualify for the semi-finals, it had to win against Bangladesh to keep the hopes alive. Bangladesh, who is becoming a very formidable team in international cricket, restricted India to 146 with the loss of 7 wickets. Raina top scored with 30 runs, followed by Virat Kohli (24) and Shikhar Dhawan (23). Hardik Pandya also hit a couple of big hits for his score of 15.

In respite, Bangladesh, despite a good start, lost plot towards and end and lost the match by 1 run! Bangladesh in the final over needed only two runs from three balls, and yet couldn’t bring itself to a win. Pandya took two wickets in the next two balls and the last ball resulted in a runout, thanks to Dhoni’s brilliant keeping!

Shah Rukh Khan, a die-hard cricket fan and was also a commentator during the match, congratulated the team on Twitter along with Sushant Singh Rajput, PM Narendra Modi, Boman Irani, Soha Ali Khan and other celebs.
