Good news folks! The fourth song of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s Jagga Jasoos will be out today! Titled, Phir Wahi, the song is penned down by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam. So far, Ullu Ka Pattha, Galti Se Mistake and Jhumri Talaiyya have been released that encapsulated the quirks and adventures of the leads. However, this fourth song explores the relationship Jagga shares with his father. As you might have seen in the trailer, Jagga’s father is missing and he is on a quest to look for him. Phir Wahi will be showcasing the bond shared between them so keep your tissues ready for it might well you up!
And guess what, we’ve managed to get our hands on an exclusive still from the song! In the still, we see a toddler Jagga sitting across his father in the kitchen. Well, we can’t make a lot out from the still but we can guarantee you that it’s going to be unlike the previous songs released by the makers! In case you didn’t notice, the first three songs have more to do with what Jagga and Simran’s adventures as they are chased by the bad guys. So mostly there’s a lot of choreography put in to bring out the colourful escapades they have. Be it the peppy Galti Se Mistake or Jhumri Talaiyya where they’re seen frolicking (well, not exactly but it certainly looks like it!). After having released songs with a lot of spunk, perhaps now the makers want to strike an emotional chord with the audience with Phir Wahi!

The movie is set to release on July 14, i.e. next week and both Katrina and Ranbir have been going around promoting the film aggressively! Considering how after so many delays it is finally being released, both the actors are ensuring that they don’t let their personal differences come in the way! In fact, Jagga and Jughead are promoting the film in a very cool manner. Both of them are being surprisingly open and candid about a lot of topics that they would earlier steer clear off. The film is directed by Anurag Basu. Can’t wait for it’s release? Us too!
