Sonam Kapoor tried to TROLL Abhay Deol for slamming celebs endorsing fairness products and this is what happened next

Abhay Deol’s rant on Facebook about celebrities endorsing fairness cream has opened a debate on the much taboo belief. Of course, he targeted a few celebs with a means to explain how it’s wrong to fall for such products that are endorsed by them. However, one celebrity has been offended and isn’t quiet about it. Oh yes, its none other than his Aisha co-star, Sonam Kapoor. The diva seemed so upset by Abhay’s post about her that she actually took to Twitter few hours ago to share a pic of Esha Deol (Abhay’s cousin) promoting fairness cream! Her point being, ‘dude, your cousin also endorsed the product once upon a time.’ She tweeted, “@AbhayDeol I appreciate and concur with your views and would like to know your thoughts on this as well!” But the Socha Na Tha actor stuck to his beliefs as he replied to her, “Is wrong too. For my views read my post.”

But it didn’t end there as Sonam clarified that the shoot took place long time ago and she didn’t comprehend the consequences then. We couldn’t find the tweet of the same as looks like she may have deleted it. Lucky, we had it screengrabbed beforehand. To this then Abhay said, “More power to you @sonamakapoor maybe you can use your power as well to take this further than the forefront.” But guess what, perhaps the diva got trolled for her post on Esha because there was another tweet she shared where she said, “did anyone bother reading this tweet or just want to troll.. I think it’s important to know the whole picture before jumping to conclusions” You can read the thread below.

Ah, quite a drama. And guess what, she deleted all her tweets! So far she is the only celebrity who has reacted to Abhay’s post. Very recently, a BJP leader, on national television, called South Indians black (oh yes, that happened). Perhaps the notion about a South Indian’s skin tone and the racism that’s prevalent in the country actually found a platform. We have some very strong opinions to make on this but we’d like to know your thoughts on it first. Because this is one topic that a lot of us are familiar with but often choose to not talk about it. We wonder how the other celebs would react over Abhay’s tweet.
