Golmaal Again! Ajay Devgn unveils the FIRST group pic with Parineeti Chopra, Tabu on Rohit Shetty’s birthday

Whatta good looking cast put together! As a surprise birthday treat to Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn just released the first group picture of the entire cast of Golmaal Again. Yes! He took to Twitter and shared this stunning pic saying, “Birthdays should be mad fun and glorious…a lot like our Golmaal family. Happy Birthday Rohit!” Nothing short of a casting coup isn’t it? While Ajay, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Tusshar Kapoor remain as the homies to this Golmaal Family. It’s so welcoming to see Parineeti Chopra and Tabu adding on to the gang of boys. For the longest time, Tabu was hoping to take a break from her serious, performance oriented roles and play some light-hearted character. And by the looks of it, Golmaal Again seems to have landed onto her lap at the right time. We believe Tabu’s role is going to get quite an interesting twist between this mad bunch of people. Talking about Parineeti, we are damn excited to watch this lady making her much awaited comeback with a hit franchise like Golmaal. You can say, she has stepped into Kareena Kapoor Khan’s shoes and we really hope she lives up to Bebo’s charm.

It’s kinda amusing how just a few months back both Rohit and Ajay had called the second film in the franchise, Golmaal Returns, “crap” and now they’re all so excited to make the fourth one. “My whole team sits (and introspect), even it is a hit. Like ‘Golmaal Returns’ was the biggest hit of the year. But we knew it was a crap film.” the filmmaker had said at the panel discussion at the 18th Jio MAMI Film Festival 2016.
