The Rocky Handsome actor John Abraham, who was on board to play the blind man character in Aankhen 2, is not a part of the film anymore.
As per the source, director Anees Bazmee and John Abraham were keen to work on Aankhen 2, but due to John’s injury on the sets of Force 2, its shooting schedule is delayed.
Another reason is that producer Gaurang Doshi can’t afford the 12 crore fee of John Abraham, which he has hiked after the success of Rocky Handsome. Anees Bazmee and the makers tried to negotiate with him related to his fees but it didn’t work out. The makers are now searching for a new A-list actor.
John is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming action flick Dishoom, which also stars Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez in key roles.
