Avika Gor’s character to be played by Mansi Srivastava on Sasural Simar Ka

The Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se actress will play the much-loved role of Roli

Sasural Simar Ka is one of the most successful long-running TV shows. And one of its most-loved characters is Roli. Actress Avika Gor who played the character gained a lot of popularity with audiences. It was her second show after Balika Vadhu. However, it is time to bid adieu to Avika as her contract with the makers has come to an end. The actress now wants to concentrate on her film career down South.

Mansi who is taking over Avika’s role will start shooting in a couple of weeks. She was earlier seen on the show, Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se. Fans of Avika are upset with the move as they loved the chemistry between Roli and Siddharth. Avika was great friends with co-star Manish Raisinghani and the two are rumoured to be more than just good friends.

The actress has also done shows like Surveen Guggal and is a part of Neeli Chhatri Wale. Mansi will apparently work on both the shows, Neeli Chhatri Wale and Sasural Simar Ka.

Sasural Simar Ka is a family drama that has being seeing a lot of supernatural angles since past one year. The current track is on how a Shaitaan has exercised its control over the Bharadwaj family, especially Mataji. The show has seen naagin, dayan, reincarnation and a lot more in recent times.
