After Rocky Handsome, John Abraham planning to star in body builder Premchand Dogra's biopic?

With Rocky Handsome, John Abraham has proved his mettle as a hard core action hero. It’s not even been three days since the release and John Abraham may already have a promising project up for grabs. The opportunity came along when John Abraham was on the same flight as Harnil Degra, son of the Padma Shri award winner Body builder, Premchand Dogra. The son has been scripting a biopic based on his father’s eventful life as a renowned body builder. Harnil and John hit it off as they had common topics like fitness and physique to bond over. This is when Hirnal brought up the script based on his father’s life and asked the handsome hunk if he would be ready to play the part as it so happened, Harnil actually had John in mind for the part!

As a source reveals, “A professional bodybuilder from the small town of Hoshiapur in Punjab, Premchand won the Mr Universe title in the short height 80 kg category in 1988. He was also awarded the Achievement Medal by the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness in 2003 and the Padma Shri in 1990. The Degras could not think of anyone better than John to step into Premchand’s shoes for this role. It happens to be a pleasant coincidence that the actor met Harnil Degra on the Chandigarh flight where he spoke to him about the film. John has asked for a script he can go through and will then take a final call soon.”
