Did Priyanka Chopra try to RECREATE the famous Ellen Degeneres selfie at the Academy Awards?

It’s nice to see that the diva is bonding with a lot of Hollywood celebs!

Priyanka Chopra had her big moment at the Academy Awards when she presented the award for best Film Editing on the stage along with Leiv Shreiber. Obviously, we were all super proud of our desi girl because hey, her year’s beginning has been quite BANG ON! She walked the Oscar’s red carpet in a stunning applique Zuhair Murad white gown and looked every bit dreamy. In fact, even her makeup was done minimally and I was a big fan of the way she did her hair. In other words, she looked ridiculously beautiful. Yep. That’s our diva! On the red carpet too, PeeCee said some good things about art not to be judged by the skin colour of the person. Gave us quite the feels.

And that proud moment when she stood on the centre stage of the most prestigious award’s and presented the award for Best Film Editing to Mad Max: Fury Road. It was overwhelming to see her and at the same time this sense of pride swept past us. The diva soon left the stage and got into talking with several Hollywood celebs. What followed next was a bit of fun tomfoolery and a much awaited selfie! Yes, Priyanka clicked a selfie with Pharrell Williams (who couldn’t be recognised because of the missing signature hat!). While PeeCee went for the glitterati to shimmer on their picture, this pose just took us back to the year 2014 when Ellen Degeneres took a selfie with an ensemble celebrities including Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, Jared Leto, Julia Roberts, etc. This very picture broke the internet as one of the most viral pictures of all time!
